Veris Vista brings the rigour of a professional grading service to your pocket. Built for serious antique and vintage glass marble collectors, it gives you a structured, algorithmic way to photograph, identify, condition-grade, and catalogue every marble in your collection — all offline, no account required, ever. At the heart of Veris Vista is the Bench, a grading workspace where you photograph each face of a marble and place precision flaw pins directly on a rendered 3D globe. Mark a chip, flake, moon, pit, fracture, haze, or scratch, then drag the ring gauge to set its exact size in millimetres. The engine models the sphere across all four faces using a Fibonacci-sphere algorithm to find the best face, calculates a score on a 10-point scale, and shows you exactly what each flaw costs — live, with every pin you place. When you are satisfied, seal the grade. Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Good, or Collectible — the result is locked to the marble's permanent record. The Key identification tool walks you through five guided questions — glass type, core structure, pattern, metallic flecks, flat vane — and narrows your marble down to one of 14 named types including Divided Core, Lutz, Onionskin, and Cat's Eye. The Tray organises your sealed collection into a sizing board by diameter band so you can see your inventory the way a dealer would. The Ledger dashboard surfaces the numbers that matter: median grade, a flaw heat map showing where damage concentrates across your collection, size distribution, and per-type breakdowns with sparklines. Veris Vista is built for collectors who know their onionskins from their end-of-days. Strictness modes let you grade to your own standard — Lenient for personal records, Standard for fair valuation, and Strict for auction-house eyes. Export a shareable grade tag for any marble, or keep it all private. Your collection lives on your device and nowhere else.
